A chocolate stout recipe brewed with British chocolate, Belgian caramel and Belgian biscuit malt in the mash, along with unsweetened chocolate from Grand Haven’s very own Chocolates by Grimaldi and lactose sugar added to the boil. Then Grimaldi cocoa nibs and fresh-roasted cashews were steeped in the finished beer to produce a rich, full chocolate-covered cashew character. Contains cashews and lactose sugar.
