Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailIndia Pale Ale

Ours is an Americanized version of an old British Empire style of brewing. It has intense hop flavor and aroma, necessary to counterbalance the thick body and rich malty flavor. It also has a higher gravity, about 6%. The intense hop flavor comes from "dry hopping"; an addition of hops after the beer has fermented. These hops are never boiled. Ours is dry hopped for five days.
