This beer is a bit of a good luck charm. ShuBrew was originally supposed to open in March of 2013, so we brewed up 3 bbl of this Irish Red to be available at our grand opening celebration. There was no intention for us to brew it on a consistent basis but people’s reactions to it were so good that we felt it was necessary to add as a staple to our lineup. This easy drinking beer has notes of caramel and honey with the smallest pinch of roasted malt to give it its signature red color.
