Our fall classic, Oaktoberfest is carefully brewed in observation of Bavarian style and tradition. Emphasizing rich flavor produced by the finest German malts, Oaktoberfest balances malty fullness with the subtle clean bitterness of noble hops. After fermentation with Bavarian lager yeast, we store the beer in our conditioning tanks to allow time to round out the rich maltiness and to develop a smooth finish. O’zapft Is!
