This is an Oktoberfest beer with a twist. In the new world tradition for this style, Oktober-Fiesta is made with darker malts than its German counterpart. The malts in this case are dark Caramel Munichs that give the beer a slight tang not usually found in the style. Hops are of the Noble varieties, but take a back seat to the malt forward flavors.
