Our version of an Oktoberfest or Marzen style beer. This is a beer that was usually brewed in March and aged cold over the summer months to serve in the fall. It was usually a high gravity beer (strong in alcohol) to survive the long aging period. Our beer is copper colored and is 7.2% ABV. The beer has a higher hopping rate than most oktoberfest beers (cause we like hops). It will make you want to wear lederhosen and listen to polka music.
