Unlike the traditional blended English Porter, our porter contains a large amount of pale American malt enhanced with English roasted barley, pale, dark crystal, extra dark crystal and chocolate malts. A unique hop blend provides a subtle bitterness and hop flavors which complement the malty character. Barrel aging produces an exceptionally smooth beer with an intense, complex flavor with distinctive burnt cocoa and dark chocolate notes.
