We strive to create a well balanced Barley Wine; not overly sweet like many English-styles, but not bordering on a Double IPA like many American Barley Wines. We use 6 different grains to create the satisfying and substantial malt backbone. During the boil we use American hops for the flavor and aroma! The result is an enjoyable balance of malt and hops that can be sipped for hours. We hope you enjoy our American influenced English Barley Wine
