We decided to make a red IPA featuring German Bestmalz Red X Malt and Australian Galaxy Hops. 100% Red X malt delivers all the malt flavor, while making the beer crisp/clean, and glowing red. The Galaxy hops deliver a full flavor of tropical, dank, and slight mint flavor on the palate; while delivering satisfying aromas of passionfruit and a clean citrus character. 6.0% ABV
