Our Onoskelis is an Engligh-style barley wine that pours a deep ruby color. The aroma is an aggressive mix of caramel, brown sugar and citrus hops. The flavor profile is complex and well-balanced with caramel and red-apple notes blending with tangerine and citrus hop dimensions. At 13% ABV, the alcoholic is very well hidden, making Onoskelis surprisingly drinkable--a demon with beautiful form indeed!
