2015 GABF Gold Medal Winning! Our 1623 Brown Ale is the very first recipe Nate and Josh made for the 7th. The year 1623 is when the 7th settlement was actually settled. This beer is big, bold, and full bodied. Ample amounts of smooth caramel/toffee sweetness combined with chocolate flavors and some notes of roasted barley. Low-medium bitterness with a fair amount of hop flavor and aroma to balance out the sweetness.
