A blend of American 2 row and English Maris Otter give this beer’s base depth and a slight bread/toast background. A small amount of crystal malt adds a hint of sweetness and gold highlights. Chinook hops cut through the sweetness with a touch of resin, and Amarillo hops shine through at the end with a melon and grapefruit aroma and firm bitterness. A very refreshing, flavorful APA.
