What's irregular about this IPA is that it was designed by our regulars. After a crash course in brewing IPAs, by our brewmaster, this is the beer that was collectively created. The malts are 2-row, C-45 and carapils. The hops are magnum, columbus, centennial, cascade, citra, amarillo and simcoe.
