This is a pale, brass colored beer that is well balanced, fruity and moderately spicy. It has a soft, smooth malt backbone and a relatively light hop character. The malt, hops and special yeast all work together to make an approachable, palatable Belgian style beer. It has an orange peel crispness and a ripened banana-like fruitiness with a light body and mouth feel.
