Our very own Parti-Gyle style beer, which basically means making two beers from one mash. In this case, we start with our #2 Strong Ale and keep spargin to get extra wort that is lower in gravity then the first run of liquid. We then take the lower gravity wort and brew a completely different beer, in this case a light pale English style ale with a crisp, citrusy hop character and a mildly sweet finish thanks to some local honey.
