Funky, fruity and spicy aromas, cloudy and fuzzy straw-like appearance, milky and medicinal mouthfeel, earthy undertones with a big tart finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat, Perle hops, and a German yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on American Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces lambicus, and a Belgian yeast strain, we then added peaches and aged for another 2 months.
