The Gose is a very old, tart, German wheat style that provides you with a slightly sweet and earthy undertone along with a minimal salinity. We have focused on keeping this interpretation as close to tradition as possible, while still adding an interesting twist. Composed with Red Hawaiian Sea Salt and Persimmon puree, this brew is quite tart with tons of fruity flavors and aromas.
