Occassionally, when brewers make mistakes in the brewery (almost never), a mystical being emerges from the rafters and descends in the wee hours of the morning to right the errors of previous brewday. Marshalling all the lore and skill of his craft, this phantom brewer enacts his dark rites on the least of beers, rendering them astounding. On a lucky morning, you too may hear the dulcet tones and taste the polyphonic flavors of his hopus magnum. Encore!
