A light colored version of the Alt Beer. This beer uses an ale type yeast at lager-like temperatures. What results is a smooth almost fruity beer that is pleasing to the palate. A small amount of Wheat malt is used to give extra body to this otherwise “light” beer. Spalt hops balance the malt but impart no hop aroma.
