This beer was brewed using imported Maris Otter malt, which is a barley variety favored by British brewers for its superior flavor. A karmicaly balanced biscuity-bready malt beverage destined to deliver an English spicy character. With it's lower alcohol and clean crisp finish, Pilot Butte Bitter is the perfect lubricant to robust bordering on volcanic feasting with friends over a Smokehouse pizza.
