Naming beers may be the hardest thing about brewing. There is just so much pressure to come up with something clever, witty, meaningful, etc. This time around we just kept it simple. We found a picture of a hot chick from the 40′s, and it inspired us. With that…we introduce Pin-Up Pale. Bittered with Summit, and dry hopped with Citra and Chinook, it’s herbal hop aroma and San Diego-style bitterness push the Pale Ale boundaries. A simple malt bill of pale 2-Row, North American and German crystal, flaked wheat, and dextrine keep it hop forward yet malty balanced.
