Named for the North Star, the brightest star in the northern sky in the constellation Ursa Minor, Polaris pours a rich, copper-amber color with a bright effervescence. A new, experimental German hop was used, producing notes of grape skin and fresh melons that offer a perfect complement to the biscuity, melba-toast flavors throughout. Nicely balanced with a crisp finish.
