Giant, monstrous, and hopped to perfection. You need to get yourself down here for a taste and more. Honestly I thought this beer was finished before it was even dry-hopped it was so ridiculously hoppy. And then we dry hopped it with way too many hops, twice.. er three times.
Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and friends. They play well together.
