If you grew up in our brewery’s hometown of Kutztown, PA you were raised cheering this chant, especially at local sporting events. A Kutztown Ring Bologna smoked Lager. In local hometown Pennsylvania-Dutch fashion we crafted a lager that is brewed with malts that we smoke overtop of Kutztown Ring Bologna, infusing traditional Pennsylvania Dutch flavors. Kutztown Lager is not an overly smoked Rauchbier. Instead the Lager is bright amber in color with a very subtle hint of smoke flavor delivered with a classic crisp lager mouthfeel.
