This variation of Rotundone, our old-school traditional Saison, is one of our simplest concepts and yet most complex flavor profiles. At first sip, while it’s still cold, this beer is all about the raspberries. The mouthfeel is a balance of not too tart & not too sweet, with the bubbly yeast brightening up the body.
