Brewed with a combination of six varieties of malted barley for a rich and intriguing flavor profile and a deep ruby hue. Cold fermented with German Bock yeast for a smooth and clean finish, allowing the malt character to shine. Hopped with just enough German Hersbrucker to cut the sweetness of the malt, while intentionally not contributing any hop aroma.Our name is inspired by the strong, proud “Jungle Fowl” of the Islands.
