We figured we'd kick off our Bronx Barrel Reserve series with a bang, by short aging our White IPA in NY State red wine barells. The mix of different wine varietals lends notes to strawberries, raspberries, and plums to our already massively juicy IPA. While resting in these wine barrels we add a dry hop of Pacific Gem and Citra to help set this beer off like a firework for your senses.
