Russet-colored Double IPA has an intense hop nose and medium body. A sweet start balances with bitterness in the crisp, dry finish. The rye malt provides the slightly spicy, toasty grain flavor, while Mosaic, Horizon, Cascade and Simcoe hops provide a soft earthy pine, citrus and pepper profile. The Belgian, abbey-style yeast strain provides fruity and spicy aromas which complement the hop aromas.
