Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailRestoration Pale w/Ginger

Cask Conditioned Ginger Restoration Pale Ale is a version of our Restoration Pale Ale that has fresh ginger root and extra Cascade hops added and is cask conditioned. The beer is produced in the brewhouse and fermented and aged in the same manner as our traditional Restoration. After aging, the beer will be cask conditioned and ginger root and more Cascade hops will be added to the cask. The extra hops will add a pronounced citrus and floral hop aroma to the beer, which balances nicely with the flavor and aroma of the fresh ginger.
