This American India Pale Ale (IPA) is a nod to the classic American hops Cascade and Centennial which helped fuel the craft brewing industry growth during the 1980's. Built on a gentle yet noticeable base of American 2 row malt, plus small amounts of Munich and Carapils malts, this IPA builds slowly from a soft, citrus fruit nose to a flavorful, orange/grapefruit dry finish. With so many new hop varieties available today which all produce excellent IPA's, we didn't want the classic hops to go forgotten.
