The Story: The thrill of victory, the agony of defeat – and a juicy black eye to show for it! The game was Ping Pong – a heated doubles match in the brewhouse. Richard’s partner, Brewer Mark hits it and steps back, Richard steps forward at the same time – POW! Black eye #1. Fast forward to yet another riveting match, Richard’s opponent decides to use a golf ball in lieu of the correct and much lighter ball. The golf ball takes a hop in the wrong direction and KAPOW! Black eye #2(same one!) To honor Richard’s brave heart and tenacity, we brewed this flavorful Double Black Eye PA! Unlike Richard, this beer has a nice bitter end to remind you that haters should be your motivators!!
