La Roche Noire is a dark beer ... type Porter. Its color and roasted notes come from barley malt called "chocolate" kilning, carried out at high temperature, toasted grain like coffee.
Very long in the mouth, it leaves no one indifferent.
As an aperitif, the accompaniment is salty or sweet.
Dessert with a chocolate cake.
