Rye is added to this grain bill lending a slight sour and spicy finish. Roasted barley malt flavors give the initial taste to this ale and supply it with an earthy brown hue. Despite its unfiltered, dark appearance, it is light and refreshing. Banana aromas and slight flavors come from the wheat yeast used to ferment it.
