Grapefruit Session Pale Ale There's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like ... well maybe one place, Isley Brewing Co.! Here Ruby Red Slippers are more than just a fashion statement and a free ride home. We have taken our delightfully refreshing Session Pale Ale, The Man Behind The Curtain, a step beyond. With help from a few dedicated volunteers (You know who you are) we hand zested, chopped, and squeezed 200 Ruby Red Grapefruits. We then mix these in with the pale ale in a 7bbl stainless steel cocoon until this beer-terfly is ready to spread her wings. The grapefruit adds its own unique blend tart, citrus, sweet, and bitter to the New Zealand grown Motueka and Pacific Jade hops. This combination of fresh fruit and light ale makes Ruby Red Slippers the best day drinker this side of the Rainbow!
