At Amager Brewery we will probably never finished experimenting with the black and hearty beers. And we need inspiration, we'll the like from the outside. Amager Rye Porter is the result of a fruitful collaboration between the best in amarkansk and American brewing culture.
By our usual base of insulting hard burnt malts are the cereal rye this time of 16%. It provides a great sweet filling, a tantalizing spicy edge, which combined with a discreet and balancing acidity, not surprisingly reminiscent of rye bread.
This is not a beer for the weak in faith, but we are happy with the result and hope you will be as well.
