Our twist on a classic Maibock brewed with 14% rye. The addition of rye gives a very subtle "spicy" character to the malt profile. It is a full bodied lager with a crisp aroma and smooth malty flavor. Fermented cold and lagered for an extended time to ensure an exceptionally drinkable beer.
