Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailRyrish Stout

As the name eludes, this Irish-style stout is made with rye. The roasted rye grains create a dryness and subtle spiciness, with hints of black pepper. There is also an subtle earthy flavor that results from the use of rye. Flaked rye adds to the beer’s creaminess. Overtones of bittersweet chocolate linger from the addition of toasted malt. Unlike traditional Irish-style stouts, the Ryrish Stout is made with an English yeast that provides a subtle fruity profile.
