A tribute to Dorothy L. Sayers’ fictional detective and Wimsey the Bloodhound’s namesake. Both the sleuth and the hound possess a nose for getting to the bottom of things. As with our other ales, this mild is made with only the finest malts and hops, never filtered, and is bottle conditioned. Best served in a proper pint glass.
