The sixth release in our limited Legendary Series is inspired by the patron saint of Geel, Belgium – the town our founder's grandmother still calls home. The Chapel of Saint Dymphna stands near an ancient linden tree where our founder played as a child. This, of course, influenced the addition of linden flowers to our Belgian Tripel. It adds a personal touch to the complex flavor and sweet bouquet of this classic style. It's strong yet light and full of conviction, like the fair Saint Dymphna.
