“Saison”, French for season, were ales traditionally brewed in the autumn or winter to refresh farm workers during the harvest. Our Saison is spicy with mild citric fruit notes and a crisp finish. An ode to tradition, we salute all who till and toil to bring fruit from the earth.
We only brew our Saison once a year in the summer to take advantage of the higher temperatures. Our Saison yeast loves to ferment when it’s warm out resulting in a slightly hazy golden colored beer with wonderful peppery notes and a crisp dry finish.
