Belgian style Farmhouse Ale. This beer is brewed with pale, munich and a touch of flaked barley. The hops used were German Perle and English First Gold adding a very light hop character to 22 IBU’s. The beer is spiced with coriander, kala jeera and Indian green peppercorns to lend an earthy floral peppery character in the finish. The yeast strain used to ferment this beer came from a small Belgian brewery known to create the wonderful brew known as Saison DuPont.
