We teamed up with our pals from Black Mountain, NC's Pisgah Brewing to brew Sandy Mountain IPA, a collaboration between coastal folks and mountain folks. Simcoe was used liberally in both the boil and the dry hop, leaving citrus notes all over the place, from the nose to the back. The low ABV (to style) makes it easy to go back for another.
