This sparkly and pleasantly piquant alkoholfree beer is valued by the sportsmen as an Isotonic drink. During the production, specially brewed Meister Pils is dealcoholised using a vacuum procedure. Other brewers use the brewing procedure of "stopped fermentation". One can differ Schmucker Alkoholfrie from the other similar beers with this.
