This beer pours dark brown in color with notes of chocolate and caramel malts being the predominant malts. Wheat malt is used for head retention and mouthfeel. It has medium hop aroma and flavor contributed by Northern Brewer while bittering is achieved with Centennial.  It is dry-hopped with Centennial resulting in a medium to low hop presence.
