This double IPA has a light malt backbone that lays a somewhat blank canvas for the hops to shine. 72 pounds of hops are used in this beer throughout the process, and is continuously dry-hopped at the end of fermentation. Notes of pineapple and orange zest are showcased in the aroma and flavor.
