Pronounced "Soon-alo" this Nepalese word means "Golden." This cloudy golden beer is based on a Bavarian hefeweizen (unfiltered wheat beer).
Slight hints of clove and obvious banana esters are present in this beer but not due to any flavor additions. The special strain of yeast we use produces these compounds for a fruity & spicy and quite refreshing experience.
50% of the grain bill uses malted red wheat and it is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot (German Purity law of 1516).
