An American Pale Ale brewed with Canadian and German malts. The beer is a bit of a wild card, as the malt bill was designed for a pale lager, but we fermented cold with an ale yeast and then dry hopped at 3 pounds per barrel with Equinox, Mosaic and Citra. It tastes like a pale ale, so that's what we called it.
