Slaughter Amber Ale is made from two row Pilsner and Dark Munich malts; creating a nice dark amber color. Accented with Mount Hood and Saaz hops, our Slaughter Amber ale possesses a nice balanced bitter with a refreshing wet finish.
As our first recipe, and originating in the city of Auburn, it is named after the citiy's original name, Slaughter. We recognize and appreciate history and wanted our first beer to share a historical tie that commemorates both the beginning of a city and the start of a great tasting beer.
