Just in time for Irish day, we offer our take on an old pub standby. Using roasted barley and flaked barley with a British organic pale malt base, we hop it up with W.V. Goldings from our own farm and ferment it out with an old school yeast strain from the Isles. Small Axe has a creamy, coffee-like smoothness backed by moderate hop bitterness, with distinctive hop flavor and aroma.
