This is our flagship cider, a 'super dry' farmhouse style cider that celebrates traditional cider making practices. We work with orchards along the 101 freeway to source incredible cider apples and brilliant quince, to create a unique raw juice that we ferment using only native yeasts. This is raw cider, a probiotic beverage...just like Kombucha!
